open box programme
we have an open box programme where you can keep your crystal with us until you are ready to ship them.
the recommended duration for our open box programme is 4-6 weeks; as of 1 Jan 2022, all orders will be shipped out within 6 weeks of open box, simply let us know if you'd need an extension and we can work it out!
all local orders and international orders are eligible for the open box programme
- local open box orders that hit $120 accumulated value will be shipped out for free immediately
- international open box orders can be combined but only kept to a maximum 2kg per box - for heavier boxes, do drop us a DM to get an accurate shipping quote!

all claims made are final and there will be no exchange / refunds for any items. By purchasing from moodlabcrystals, the customer understands that there may be some slight differences in colour due to different lighting conditions.

local shipping (singapore)
all local orders are charged a flat fee of $5 via tracked courier. your tracking number will be sent to your mobile number once the order has been shipped.
for orders of SGD120 and above, there will be free local shipping.
order processing time: 3 - 5 working days
delivery time: 1 - 3 working days for the delivery team to deliver your parcel.
